Label Star（以下简称“本扩展”）重视用户隐私。本政策说明我们如何处理数据、数据用途、存储方式以及用户可用的控制手段。
1. 我们处理的数据
在用户主动使用收藏或 AI 功能时，本扩展可能处理以下数据：
- 当前网页的 URL、标题，以及为保存收藏所需的相关信息
- 用户在扩展中创建或编辑的标签、目录（若有）、备注及设置

2. 数据用途
上述数据仅用于：
- 完成网页收藏、展示与编辑
- （可选）生成 AI 标签与目录归类结果
- 保存用户个性化设置
- 向用户显示操作结果通知（例如收藏成功/失败）
3. 数据存储与传输
- 收藏与设置数据使用 Chrome 扩展存储（例如
chrome.storage）保存。

当用户启用并触发 AI 功能时，扩展会向第三方 AI 服务接口发起请求：
https://dashscope.aliyuncs.com/*。
- 我们不会将用户数据出售给第三方，也不用于广告定向或跨站跟踪。
4. 数据共享
除实现 AI 标签/归类功能所必需的第三方接口调用外，我们不会主动与其他第三方共享用户数据。
5. 用户控制
- 用户可在扩展内删除收藏数据、修改设置。
- 用户可随时卸载扩展以停止数据处理。

AI 功能为可选功能；如用户不授予或撤销相关站点访问权限，则 AI 功能将被跳过，不影响基础收藏功能。

若本政策有更新，我们将通过本页面更新或扩展发布版本更新进行说明。

Label Star ("the Extension") respects user privacy. This policy explains what data we process, how it is used,
where it is stored, and what controls are available to users.
1. Data We Process
When users actively use bookmarking or AI features, the Extension may process:
- Current page URL/title and necessary information to save a bookmark
- User-created tags, (optional) folders, notes, and settings within the Extension

If AI tagging/classification is enabled and triggered by user action: the minimum necessary text sent to a
third-party AI API (e.g., page title, URL, and a short excerpt/summary)
2. Purpose of Processing
Data is used only to:
- Save, display, and edit bookmarks
- (Optional) generate AI tags and folder classification results
- Store user preferences
- Show operation notifications (e.g., save success/failure)
3. Storage and Transmission
- Bookmarks and settings are stored via Chrome extension storage (e.g.,
chrome.storage).

If AI features are enabled and triggered by the user, requests may be sent to a third-party AI service:

- We do not sell user data and do not use it for ad targeting or cross-site tracking.
4. Data Sharing
Other than the required third-party API requests necessary for AI tagging/classification, we do not
proactively share user data with other third parties.
5. User Controls
- Users can delete saved bookmarks and change settings inside the Extension.
- Users can uninstall the Extension at any time to stop data processing.

AI features are optional; if the user does not grant (or later revokes) the relevant site access permission,
AI features will be skipped and core bookmarking features will continue to work.

We may update this policy via this page or via Extension version updates.
